我49年生,於去年離職在家 .並繳納國民年金.
[假設我自此沒再上班].並想在58歲時(本來是63歲才可申請)申請老年年金給付.
這樣可以嗎?我要問的是,提早五年於58足歲時申請,須在職中嗎?

不需要你在不在職都能申請只是只能領八成
那我是不是國民年金也繳納到58歲時也不用繳了.等65足歲再去申請國民年金給付?
領了勞保老人年金就不需再繳國民年金了滿六十五歲才申請國民年金
