中韓僵持不下 ITA談判破局

世界貿易組織（WTO）外交官表示，各國未能就資訊科技協定（ITA）減稅達成共識。

一位貿易代表進入會場時告訴記者：「我們並未敲定協議。」

多位外交官員表示對協定未能過關感到失望。參與會議人士早先表示，因中韓僵持不下，協議可能破局。
