立委考網路用語 毛揆僅認得「婉君」

行政院長毛治國今首度以閣揆身份赴立法院進行施政報告，並強調會重視網路世代的影響力。國民黨立委楊瓊瓔下午在立法院質詢時抽考毛治國網路鄉民用語，但毛揆僅認得「婉君」就是「網軍」之意，會後表示，將利用週末時間惡補。

毛揆在施政方針報告中指出，將在傳統現實世界與新興的網路世界中搭起橋樑，以深入網路世代。楊瓊瓔拿出手板，抽考毛揆是否知悉網路詞彙，包括：問候語「安安」、形容大笑的「wwwww」、求安慰的「討拍」、轉人熱淚文章的「洋蔥文」等網路用語。毛揆僅答出「婉君」是網軍的意思，其餘則尷尬回答「請委員指教」。

毛揆晚間透過行政院發言系統坦言，對網路用語還不夠熟悉，成績不理想，會再利用周末時間惡補。

楊瓊瓔會後表示，雖然毛揆對網路世界還是有段距離，不過對他願意跨出這步，願以民意為依歸推動政策，還是給予肯定。
