標題[問題] 升4G導致整個月沒有網內免費?

我今天10/30去辦極速升4G 月租1136(單門號) 櫃台跟我說11/1才會開通 後來我回家發現我忘了問，那10/30~11/1這中間的網路費和通話費怎麼計算 剛剛打去問客服 跟我說，因為我10/30解約，所以這整個10月會恢復我原本的約: 583+pro950(之前網路有打八折) 本來我以為是只有10/30~10/31這兩天是恢復原價，按比例算 再仔細問，客服說 :不是喔，是整個10月都恢復原價 也就是我10月份帳單要繳1533，然後!!!10月份的網內免費也會被取消 聽到這裡我心都涼了，我每天都要講2個小時網內耶!!!!! 目前查不到我的資料，因為今天剛異動，可能要明天才看到我要繳多少錢@@唉 請問大家有這個問題嗎?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 112.104.24.174 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1414673858.A.99F.html
