有座位卻賣民眾站票 台鐵：已懲處

台鐵又出包！有民眾投訴表示，日前要從台東到高雄，買票時被告知沒有座位，只能買站票，沒想到上車時卻發現還很多空位，有的包廂甚至沒人，但也只能罰站，直批太誇張。對此，台鐵回應指出，經查發現是員工誤觸按鍵，導致座位被鎖住，會向乘客致歉，並處分失職員工。

有民眾向平面媒體投訴，上週四要搭9點53分一列從台東開往高雄的莒光號702車次，在台東車站買票時被告知沒有座位，必須買站票，沒想到上車後發現車上還有許多空位，甚至有的包廂根本沒有人，該列車上至少有10多人和他一樣被告知無座位，質疑台鐵有座位卻不賣，太誇張。

對此，台鐵回應表示，當天是車站人員發現，發現非尖峰時段，為何只剩站票，將過查證才發現是座位被鎖住，導致在這期間有13名乘客被迫買站票。

台鐵表示，誤觸按鍵是個案，過去未發生過這類情況，除了向乘客致歉之外，該名失職員工和其主管將會處申誡或申誡以上的處分。
