布吉納法索動亂 軍方解散國會

西非國家布吉納法索爆發動亂，軍方領袖特拉奧雷將軍今天宣布解散國會，並成立國家過渡政府，最久將運作12個月，但他沒有說明將由誰領導過渡政府。

布吉納法索首都瓦加杜古經歷一天暴力抗議事件後，特拉奧雷（Honore Traore）在記者會表示：「與所有政黨諮商後，將設立一個過渡機關。預計在不超過12個月時間內恢復憲政秩序。」

總統龔保雷（Blaise Compaore）稍早宣告，布吉納法索全國進入緊急狀態，因為不滿他長期統治的憤怒示威群眾縱火焚燒國會大廈。

數以千計示威民眾昨天對國會和國營電視台發動攻擊，抗議延長總統任期法案，布國政府如今已經放棄這項提案。

布國總統任期限制兩任，這項提案允許總統龔保雷明年得以繼續參選連任。龔保雷已在位27年。
