請幫幫忙！ 103年9月16日晚上6：15左右， 臺北市承德路南往北方向，剛過民族西路， 一台紅白色機車撞到同方向的機車後逃逸， 被撞倒的機車車主目前重傷住院中， 路口和店家的監視器沒拍到肇事者車牌， 請現場目擊者或行經車輛， 如有拍到肇事者車牌， 請與0988-838-161張先生連絡，請大家幫幫忙!! 感謝!!
