遷移戶口-如何獨立戶口

你要的是「獨立戶口」，滿20歲了沒？若滿20歲時，無需要原戶籍的任何的什麼..，但是若未滿20歲，要法定代理人(監護人～爸、媽)的同意且要由要由法定代理人為申請人親自辦理。

  1. 申請人（法定代理人）的國民身分證
  2. 初設戶籍當事人的定居證正本。
  3. 該遷入戶籍地的房屋證明文件。(詳貼心叮嚀04)
  4. 申請人（法定代理人）的印章。（簽名也可）
  5. 符合身分證規格為最近兩年內所拍攝的相片一張。（免請領國民身分證者可免）
  6. 製作國民身分證工本費每張50元。（免請領國民身分證者可免）
  7. 戶口名簿規費30元。
  8. 未到場之一方事前寫好的同意書或授權書。（雙方均到場者可免）
