為什麼在行動網路發達的今天手機通話費還會存在

這有幾個問題要探討的:
1.法令限制, 台灣不管開放或申辦各種業務都必須經過攏長的審核程序, 任何新業務只要主管機關有意見,很容易無疾而終,要不然有錢誰不想賺?! Voip通話在國外很普遍了,我輸入信用卡資料就可以獲得一個日本門號,板上也有人分享過其他國家的類似方案,像是美國T-mobile也提供用戶可以藉由wifi使用原號碼通訊,但是這些在台灣可能以一個"有治安疑慮","反詐騙"的理由被否決,就像目前有些網路電話,還是必須親自持雙證件到業者櫃台辦理,無形中增加很多麻煩,就算辦到了,因為顯示號碼為070,或是像Skype強制只能顯示合作業者的代表號,無形中增加很多麻煩,你連拿來閒聊用都有可能被親友誤認為詐騙集團,更遑論拿來工作聯繫用.

2.網路資源不足,當你講電話要在那裏喂來喂去,是很煩人的事情,而且很多網路電話都是以分計費的,中斷重播,聽不清楚重複講,這些費用算起來並不一定會比傳統通話省,還有像Skype, Line這類幾乎都要雙方都裝才有可能免費,拿來閒聊ok,拿來做業務聯繫用也不妥.
