鳳凰步步進逼　花蓮縣明天正常上班、上課

颱風鳳凰步步進逼，氣象局預估颱風外圍環流將於明天中午接觸南部陸地，花蓮縣今無風無雨，縣府防災應變中心至今尚未開設；花蓮縣政府今晚10時宣布，明天未達停止上班上課標準，白天作息如常，若風雨狀況有變化，縣府人事處會於明日中午前再行宣布。（王文傑／花蓮報導）
