房貸壓力大　金友莊賣湯泉屋求現

高凌風病逝近4個月，他生前欠前妻金友莊3700萬元，包括湯泉房子增貸的1千7百萬及答應給金的2千萬賠償金，但金友莊因負擔靜岡、湯泉2房貸壓力不小，遭爆在591房屋交易網站賣房。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，金友遭爆賣湯泉房屋，開價3千6百萬元，《蘋果》昨求證金友莊，她證實要賣房，坦言：「2屋貸款壓力太大，才賣掉租房子住。」而他近來也積極經營網拍事業，希望可以早日還清債務。（胡治言／綜合報導）
