標題[請問] 有無固定圓管與平面的五金零件

請問一下有無垂直固定圓管與平面的五金零件 圓管尺寸外徑為35mm 平面小小的，只是一個鐘表機芯 示意圖: http://i.imgur.com/p0gNVtT.jpg
