小弟我在北市某建設公司開發部上班(非上市櫃) 本身非相關科系 退伍後就先在家銀行任職，一年後即轉換跑道到現在公司 呆了4年，其間也考到了不動產經紀人與地政士證照 也年過30歲了，已婚，近期職位也從專員升至襄理 本來以為升到襄理月薪應該會有個50K的，想不到實領才近44K 一度感覺心灰意冷，而萌生跳槽的念頭 想請教眾版友 1. 我該不該找個薪水更高的職位？襄理職位降月薪實在有點尷尬 一開始是計畫乾脆先到人力市場試試水溫，若有更好選擇我該閃就閃 2. 一間公司呆習慣了，要離開還真讓人有點...........畢竟我剛進這公司時 我毫無經驗，剛入行時月薪30K，到現在44k，說公司摳也不至於太摳 3. 公司基本上都是早退，不太需要加班，所以有打算唸個研究所 感謝大家........(雖然這版似乎很少建築同業的) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.226.189.60 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1407725201.A.E60.html
