衝撞總統府 張德正仍只認毀損罪

開砂石車衝撞總統府的張德正（見圖右一，林偉信攝），昨日在律師陪同到台北地院出庭，對法官訊問有無須調查的證據，張全委由律師代答。庭訊後，張表示目前傷勢大都復元，只剩手部仍須持續復健，他正積極找工作，以解決生計及官司賠償問題。

張德正被檢方依毀損物品、毀損建物、毀損古蹟、殺人未遂、妨害公務等5罪起訴，但他在北院首次開庭時辯稱，因被控毆打前妻依傷害罪判刑，覺得司法不公才去衝撞總統府，事前曾勘查現場，不會撞到執勤憲兵，僅承認犯下毀損物品輕罪，其他都不認罪。

張的律師尤伯祥，為此聲請法官到現場勘驗府前廣場到正門距離，及正門寬度，證明張不可能撞到衛兵。不過，承審法官羅郁婷7日當庭表示，由於總統府已出具報告，將府前衛哨配置圖及距離，詳細標注，因此認為無現勘必要，駁回聲請。

由於這份總統府報告涉及公務機密、國家安全，法官也要求律師閱卷後，不得洩漏內容。庭訊後，法官諭知下次開庭，將勘驗衝撞過程監視器光碟，並傳喚在場憲兵吳仲和，進行交互詰問。
