高雄大雨不停　各地陸續傳出淹水災情

凌晨1 時開始，高雄上空開始下起大雨，發生氣爆的災區周邊先傳出道路淹水，二聖、英明路口積水嚴重，消防局待命人員緊急撤離；接著鹽埕區、小港區、三民區等也陸續傳出積水過深，民眾車輛拋錨意外，消防人員已經出動人車進行救援中。(侯昌騰／高雄報導)
