氣爆肇事箱涵 檢擬傳監工人員

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄8日電）高雄氣爆點指向凱旋三路的一處排水箱涵，高雄地檢署擬傳訊當初建造的監工、驗收和巡查等市府官員，釐清責任。

造成重大傷亡的高雄氣爆，引爆點指向位於凱旋三路和二聖路的排水箱涵，依規定箱涵內不得附掛任何輸儲管線。

高雄地檢署表示，排水箱涵不得附掛任何輸儲管線，而疑為洩漏丙烯的石化管線卻在這處箱涵，並鏽腐，檢方已切割查扣鑑識。

檢方已整理所蒐證的相關資料，擬傳訊肇事箱涵當時的監工、驗收和巡查市府人員，但因時隔多年，有人退休和調整單位等因素，檢方正加緊查詢人員目前的現況和聯絡資料。1030808
