黑莓正式放棄出售計畫

加拿大黑莓公司（Blackberry）已經放棄將自己出售給其最大股東楓信金融控股公司（Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited）的計畫。相反地，苦撐經營的黑莓擬自行籌募十億美元的新資金。

黑莓執行長海恩斯將下台，由出生於香港的Sybase董事長程守宗（John Chen）出任臨時執行長。

上月，黑莓第二季度淨虧損九億六千五百萬美元。

楓信原計畫率領一個公司集團，以四十七億美元收購黑莓，最後宣布告吹。（英國廣播公司）
