IT應用面板報價續跌，但跌幅僅1%或以內

市場研究機構最新面板報價資訊顯示，今年11月份上半月大尺寸IT應用面板報價續跌，其中，18.5吋、19.5吋、20吋及21.5吋等主流尺寸監視器面板報價平均下跌約0.1-0.3美元不等、跌幅近1%或以內。筆記型電腦NB面板報價則約下跌0.1美元或持平，跌幅均不到1%。主要係因為近期監視器面板與NB面板市場都出現產能轉換、供需調整之現象。

其中，監視器面板方面，NPD DisplaySearch指出，今年11月份，22吋以下主流尺寸監視器面板報價持續下跌，尤其19.5吋、18.5吋。至於23吋及其以上監視器面板價格同樣下跌約0.5-1美元。

雖然大致上監視器面板仍然是需求疲弱、供給過剩格局，但因近期NB筆記型電腦、平板電腦市場出現急單，導致有些面板廠商又將部分（監視器面板）產能轉移到NB筆記型電腦及平板電腦面板，預料使將有助於短期內某些尺寸監視器面板報價趨於平穩。

筆記型電腦面板方面，除了13.3吋、14.0吋，以及15.6吋高規格機種下跌0.1美元外，包括15.6吋低規機種、17.3吋面板報價均持平。

根據NPD DisplaySearch觀察，主要係因為近期出現一些來自於歐洲、非洲、東亞市場的NB面板急單需求，但大多係厚度介於5.2-5.6毫米的傳統機種，因為這類型機種價格較具吸引力、比較便宜。推測面板廠商希望能在傳統NB面板價格保持平穩情況下、增加出貨，而今年11月薄型NB面板出貨量可能減少。
