烏克蘭和平談判在白俄羅斯重啟

烏克蘭和東部叛軍的和平談判24日在白俄羅斯首都明斯克舉行新一輪會議，烏東叛軍要求烏克蘭改走聯邦體制，給烏東更大自治權。此前談判皆告失敗。

【中央社／明斯克24日綜合外電報導】白俄羅斯外交部發言人表示，烏克蘭政府與烏東親俄分離叛軍今天在白俄羅斯首都明斯克（Minsk）展開新1輪的和平談判。

這項和談目的在終結烏克蘭東部親俄分離叛軍的冗長叛亂；烏東分離叛軍獲有莫斯科撐腰，其舉事造反，在求獨立出走。

白俄羅斯外交部發言人米隆契克（Dmitry Mironchik）說：「和平談判業已展開。」
