短租日租悉尼2房公寓 - 2014-12-12, 20:33

2房一厅一卫一厨的公寓，干净整洁，原来自住，现在短租。步行到火车站5到6分钟（正常一般步行速度），乘火车（大站）到悉尼国际机场2站15分钟，到city5站20分钟。步行1分钟图书馆，2分钟隔壁大公园，5分钟内购物有华人商店，华人饭店，大型购物中心（woolworth\coles)，门口还有bus。
2个卧室和客厅是地毯，厨房餐厅卫生间是瓷砖，有壁橱，家用电器，厨房用具（锅碗瓢盆，勺子叉子筷子，油盐酱醋，洗洁精等等），另外还提供洁净的床单床罩等床上用品。
也可接机。
本人除了接送小孩上下学还有时间帮助新到的朋友交通旅游购物。
每人房50/天，也可家庭整套租住。
要求不喧哗，不吸烟不喝酒，无不良嗜好者。
