標題[問題] 公司內部挖角

各位好 我目前在現在的公司服務兩年多，25歲，是畢業後第一份工作 原部門工作已經挺上手，準時上下班，直屬主管也不錯， 要說缺點就是做久了會覺得無聊。 前兩天突然接到別的部門主管來詢問我是否有意願過去她們那邊 新職務的壓力和工時都會比現在工作大，但長期來看比較有發展 薪資條件都可以重談(雖然還沒談) 如果我願意的話 對方大老闆會找我們部門的大老闆談談 經過多方考量，我是打算如果薪資可以就接受 但因為現在直屬小主管非常照顧我， 於情於理 不知道是否需要由我這邊告訴她這個"可能"的變動? 或者是讓大老闆們自己協調就好? 畢竟以後還是會見面，所以希望好好處理 第一次碰上這種事情，請大家給我一點建議，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.165.170.62 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1418298483.A.AA8.html
