曾想娶雀兒喜 肯亞男記者殉職

美聯社報導，肯亞「卡斯周刊」主編多若希‧傑貝特6日表示，曾向美國前總統柯林頓提供40頭羊、20頭牛，希望娶柯林頓愛女雀兒喜的周刊旗下記者契庫克（Godwin Kipkemoi Chepkurgor）日前採訪時遭象群攻擊殉職。

契庫克2000年趁柯林頓訪問肯亞時，寫信給柯林頓表示想與雀兒喜結為連理，並以40頭羊和20頭牛作為求婚聘禮。他2005年接受東非標準報訪問時表示，他仍癡心等待回音。雀兒喜2010年與投資銀行家梅茲文斯基結為連理。
