http://news.chinatimes.com/domestic/11050615/112013080600202.html 棒球場護網倒塌 議員轟豆腐渣 中國時報 張立勳／台北報導 2013年08月06日 05:40 上月強颱蘇力來襲，河濱迎風公園的兩座觀山棒球場發生護網鐵桿倒塌災情，因風災倒 塌近月，市府體育局卻仍無任何修護動作，市議員痛批，這樣的體育局要承擔2017世界 大學運動會的重任，令人擔憂。 市府水利工程處提供迎風公園觀山段土地規畫為棒球場，市議員陳玉梅指出，2座棒球 場2次在護網施工，花費近千萬元，去年天秤颱風來襲，發生護網橫向鐵桿斷裂，上個 月12日蘇力颱風來襲又發生災情，共有4支鐵桿從底部折斷，另2根攔腰折斷。 陳玉梅說，去年發生災情經棒協通報，隔天即進場修護，但這次風災，從上月14日通 報至今，體育局沒有處理，也未告知協會何時會進場修護。 她批評，棒球場經3度施工3年內就發生護網鐵桿斷裂的豆腐渣工程，災後復建拖拖拉 拉，體育局要統籌及執行世大運的425億預算經費，令人擔憂。 體育局表示，颱風過後已前往勘查，即申請災害準備金應急，今天將上網公開招標， 完成招標後於2周內修復。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.163.91.148
