烏拉圭同性婚生效　同志現身登記

【綜合報導】烏拉圭總統5月簽署通過同性婚，3個月後正式生效，周一數對同志登記結婚，第一對登記的是相戀14年的羅德里哥和薩吉歐，他們表示這一天意義非凡，至於婚禮要等到9月才舉行，第二對的故事則格外令人感傷。

第二對同志伴侶選在醫院完婚，因為其中一名新郎身患重病，可能不久於人世，當局特別開例讓他們一登記就結婚，通常登記後要等上10天才能結婚。
 
烏拉圭是拉丁美洲第二個承認同性婚姻的國家，阿根廷2010年通過同性婚姻合法化，為拉丁美洲第一個承認同性婚的國家。
