小弟最近有幸有機會去以下兩間公司 崇越電 隆達電 職務 業務 行銷業務 薪水 N(保16) N+20(保14) 工時 0800~1700(要應酬) 0830~ ??? 分紅 聽說很多但沒情報 大多落在2~4個月(聽說) 地點 台北市 竹科 交通 開車15~30分 開車1小時 (視市民大道塞車情況) 優點 較能兼顧家庭 有相關產業經驗，易升遷 缺點 要喝酒、應酬 太遠....來回台北新竹 備註 "聽說"分紅優渥 到底加班文化重不重呢? 公司文化如何? 由於小弟對於隆達的產業本身有過相關產業工作經驗 所以薪資一開始比較高一些 兩間公司的獎金都是聽說的，不知是否有前輩能提供一些意見 由於內子必須在台北工作，因此一定是住在臺北了 崇越電比較能兼顧家庭，但隆達電薪水較高 升遷機會也多 (雖然扣掉車資後差別沒有那麼大) 不知是否有前輩在相關地方有經驗的 能給小弟一點建議 謝謝各位前輩囉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.34.158.160 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1402074405.A.698.html ※ 編輯: lf230000 (1.34.158.160), 06/07/2014 01:09:23 ※ 編輯: lf230000 (1.34.158.160), 06/07/2014 01:09:38
