傳將出巡全國　綠委批金溥聰「太上皇」

國安會秘書長金溥聰日前至警政署、調查局等機關聽取簡報，外界質疑「違憲越權」，傳出金有意以了解國安業務為由，準備全國巡透透，引起民進黨立委痛批。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，金溥聰昨透過國安會發布新聞稿，堅稱其行為合憲依法，甚至宣示未來要到「全國」了解反情報滲透等業務。綠委批，他視總統於無物已是「太上皇」。

立法院民進黨團總召柯建銘質疑，國安會秘書長是總統的幕僚長，沒人這樣大剌剌地去視察警政署與調查局，這與體制不合。民進黨立委蔡煌瑯表示，若不加以制止，金溥聰的權力無限膨脹，置台灣民主自由於何地？（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
