避險需求起日圓連二升

油價遲遲不見止瀉，投資人對全球經濟前景的疑慮更深，有避險色彩的日圓應聲攀高，兌31種主要貨幣全面升值。歐元在美國聯準會（Fed）開會前夕兌美元收黑。

根據彭博資訊的報價，日圓兌美元15日在紐約收盤上漲0.2%至118.12日圓，是連續第二天升值。歐元兌美元跌0.1%至1.2438美元。

聯準會今天起將開始為期兩天的政策會議，主席葉倫等人將考慮是否保持低利率承諾，以及明年何時開始升息。

追蹤美元兌六種主要貨幣的美元指數，收盤上漲0.1%至88.46點。

法興銀行駐紐約的高級外匯策略師Sebastien Galy中表示：「我們看到石油出現重大供應衝擊，與此同時，需求依然相對疲軟。」

外匯波動性升至15個月高點；摩根大通全球外匯波動指數升至9.74%，為2013年9月以來盤中新高。該指數7月3日收在歷史最低紀錄的5.29%。
