公所內的主任秘書需要什麼資格？

鄉鎮公所的機要秘書只有一位，職位大約是公務員的五職等薪資。大約5--6萬元左右。工作內容大多是兼任鄉長的司機，沒開車時或在鄉長室身邊打雜、接電話。
聽說，鄉長能力不怎樣，機要秘書幹的好的，喬事情高手，好像是鄉長的分身，鄉長像傀儡，機要秘書外快不止死薪水。無力的機要秘書，就像軍中的傳令兵，謹守本分。事在人為啦。

主任秘書是公務員，依法有職務保障。鄉長用的不順手，可建議縣市政府調整職務。上級基於和諧，會通盤考慮另派他人接替。
