美河市案北市捷運局向日勝生求償

台北市政府捷運局3日表示，新店機廠聯合開發案（即美河市開發案）重新鑑價後，台北市政府將向投資人日勝生公司求償金額至少76億9,800餘萬元，此案未來若交付仲裁或提起民事訴訟，捷運局將配合新任市長的決定辦理，希望透過相關法律程序，全力維護市府應有的權益。

捷運局指出，目前日勝生公司已提供兆豐銀行連帶保證書35.3億元，其差額捷運局將依2013年7月17日雙方簽訂的協議書約定，出函要求投資人補足，如經催告後，仍未調整該差額擔保至76.98億餘元，捷運局就會以書面通知兆豐銀行，先撥付35.3億元現金至捷運工程局。
