鐵皮屋頂下加曬衣架

想在頂樓的鐵皮屋頂下加曬衣架,我的想法是從屋頂固定兩條鐵鍊,再將竹竿或曬衣鋼管固定或套進鐵鍊,請問可以在三合一浪板和支撐浪板的鋼材之間穿過鐵鍊嗎?

目測三合一浪板好像軟軟的,可以直接將鐵鍊穿過固定鋼材和浪板中間嗎?會破壞防水嗎?要使用何種器具?
