《美國經濟》11月企業宣告裁員人數月減0.9%

國際知名人力資源機構Challenger, Gray and Christmas Inc. 12月5日公佈，2013年11月份美國企業宣告裁員人數較前月（45,730人）減少0.9%至45,314人；與去年同期（57,081人）相比，11月份企業宣告裁員人數年減21%，為連續第2個月較去年同期減少。

今年第三季，美國企業宣告裁員人數為128,452人，較前季（113,891人）以及去年同期（102,910人）分別增加13%與25%。1-11月，企業宣告裁員人數為478,428人，較去年同期（490,806人）減少2.5%。報告稱，如果12月的企業宣告裁員人數高於44,934人，則今年全年的企業宣告裁員人數將會高於去年全年的523,362人。

11月份，零售業宣告裁員9,998人，是當月份宣告裁員最多的產業；1-11月，則以金融業宣告裁員59,189人為最多，較去年同期（29,653人）高出99.6%。報告稱，金融業宣告裁員主要集中在抵押貸款部門，因喪失住房抵押品贖回權案例減少，以及利率上揚降低再融資需求，令其人力需求下降的影響。
