香港商業電台今天引述警方消息說，由於港警昨天在「占中」運動占領區金鐘進行清場行動，前線警員需先休息，最快下週才會在銅鑼灣占領區進行清場。

報導說，港警昨天在金鐘占領區清場後，目前還剩銅鑼灣占領區，有幾十名示威者留守，部分人士已開始收拾物資。

報導引述警方消息表示，經過昨天整日行動，要先讓前線警員休息，再部署人手，加上因要繼續派警員留守旺角與金鐘，防止示威者再次占領道路，所以最快下週才會清理銅鑼灣占領區。

香港警方早前在旺角清場後，11日接著清除金鐘的路障並驅趕示威者，過程和平順暢，期間有249人拒絕離開馬路，自願被警方逮捕。

被逮捕人士包括泛民主派15名立法會議員、香港專上學生聯會秘書長周永康、壹傳媒集團主席黎智英、民主黨前主席李柱銘和藝人何韻詩等人，今天陸續被釋放。(中央社)
