神奇～風與雲形成渦流　像龍又像雙心石滬

中央氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典剛在臉書（http://tinyurl.com/lveg77q）分享「韓國濟州島後方的渦流」照片，這張由美國太空總署（NASA）拍攝的照片，顯示濟州島的風與雲形成渦流，是獨一無二的大自然創作，引發網友熱議，有人說像「像一條龍」，也像「澎湖的雙心石滬」。
 
鄭明典指出，當濟州島海面上的風向或風速有明顯變化，接近海面的水氣被捲起，凝結成線狀的雲，堆擠的地方有雲形成，分流之處雲就消散，風受到島嶼的影響產生渦流，渦流中有水氣凝結，就看得出來渦流的結構。（許敏溶／台北報導）
