寒流持續發威　入冬最低溫又破紀錄

寒流持續發威！今天清晨受到輻射冷卻效應影響，各地氣溫偏低，中部以北大多在10度左右其中最低溫出現在桃園縣新屋鄉，只有7.3度，也是入冬以來平地的最低溫。

不過白天風向轉為東南風，暖空氣吹進來後就會開始回溫，各地高溫約21至24度，不過日夜溫差仍大，大家還是要多帶件衣服。(葉國吏/綜合報導)
