金門大陸引水？陸：尚未準備好

經濟部水利署表示，金門從大陸引水，原訂8月底進行水價談判，但近日陸方以「尚未準備好」為由，再度喊卡。

水利署長楊偉甫今天表示，原訂下周赴大陸進行水價談判，後來陸方因核定程序尚未定案為由，希望我方緩一緩。

「程序未完成，等於未獲完全授權，希望我方延後一下。」楊偉甫說，有關金門引水的水價談判應會延到9月。

由於原訂8月底也要重啟兩岸貨貿工作小組談判，但陸方近日以「準備不及」為由，迄今仍有變數。如今連水價談判也出現變數，媒體關心是否與近來「氣氛」有關？

楊偉甫則回稱：「我不便回答，你們感覺看看。」
