鳥松瓦斯外洩環保局重罰欣雄100萬

高雄市鳥松區11日晚上發生甲烷外漏，揮發性氣體濃度飆高逾3000PPM（百萬分之一），環保局長陳金德今天下午在災變會議上指出，將依空汙法31條重罰欣雄瓦斯公司100萬元，並要求24小時內改善。

鳥松區中正路一帶在11日晚近8時許，民眾通報有不明氣體飄散，環保局一度懷疑是吹驅榮化管線，疑氮氣外洩，經數小時的追蹤與檢測，經查證實是欣雄瓦斯公司的甲烷外洩。
