立委要求 保全學運錄影畫面證據

立法院法制司法委員會上午質詢法務部、矯正署的監獄行政政策，民進黨立法委員尤美女質詢，要求檢方保存三月廿三日學生進入行政院、警方鎮暴打學生和人民的畫面，保全證據。她說，不能像洪仲丘案錄影畫面變黑，掩蓋事實。

尤美女指出，據說有二百多名學生陸續接到警方約訊，要學生接受檢察官訊問時，要自稱是自己不小心跌倒。她說，警方用盾牌毆打學生肚子、用棍子打民眾的頭，是否違反警械使用條例？

法務部政務次長陳明堂回答，會要求台北地檢署保存證據，司改會今天也將請求台北地方法院保全證據，樂見如此雙管齊下保全證據。他說，檢方尚未傳訊學生，法務部會要求北檢公平調查警方是否執法過當。
